관심분야

종양 미세환경은 종양 내 혈관신생 행태 조절을 통해 종양의 성장에 기여하고 있음이 보고되고 있음. 본 연구실은 이러한 종양 미세환경의 혈관신생 형질결정에 있어 다양한 신호전달 경로들의 기능규명을 위한 연구들을 다양한 유전자변형 동물모델들을 이용하여 진행하고 있음. 특히 종양 혈관신생 조절에 기여하는 종양 미세환경의 주구성원들인 혈관내피세포, 종양 내 섬유아세포, 종양 침윤 골수유래세포들의 혈관신생 형질결정에 있어 mTOR-S6K 신호경로와 Calcineurin-NFAT 신호경로의 기능 및 그 분자기전 규명에 초점을 맞추어 연구를 진행하고 있음.
